01 Will my customers know they are talking to AI? +
Most do not, and we will be honest with you: voice AI is good enough now that the average caller assumes Ally is human. If you would rather she introduces herself as an AI assistant, we can configure that.
02 What happens if a caller asks something weird? +
Ally handles it three ways: she answers if it is in scope, takes a message if it is out of scope, or transfers to the person you nominate if it is urgent. Every fallback is logged and we tune from real calls in week one.
03 Can she transfer to a real human? +
Yes, to any number or team. You can set rules like only transferring urgent repair queries to the workshop, and she will follow them.
04 What about my CRM, calendar, and POS? +
Ally writes back to whatever you already use: Google Calendar, Hubtiger, Cliniko, Square, Stripe, Slack, or custom HTTP webhooks. If we do not yet support your tool, we scope the integration before launch.
05 What happens if Ally goes down? +
We monitor uptime and set a fallback before launch: voicemail, a human team member, or a different agent. Calls have somewhere sensible to go if anything breaks.
06 Who owns the call data? +
You. Recordings, transcripts, and CRM data are yours, exportable any time. We retain them only as long as you ask us to.
07 How long does Ally take to go live? +
Five to ten business days for the standard receptionist build. If reception is already a fire, tell us and we will scope the fastest useful version first.
