How we handle the information you — and the people who call your business — share with Allevic.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
Who we are
Allevic (ABN 46 527 443 002) is based in Perth, Western Australia. We provide Ally, an AI voice receptionist, to businesses we'll call "clients". This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website (allevic.com) and in the course of providing our service. You can reach us at hello@allevic.com or +61 480 529 338.
Information we collect
From this website
When you use the demo form, we collect your name, Australian phone number, email, business name, industry, business description, any business website URL you provide, your preferred call time, and a record of your consent. If you provide a website, we retrieve limited public content from it to suggest business details for you to review and edit. To deliver and protect the service, we also record the submission time, a lead identifier, your browser's user-agent, and IP address.
From website demo calls
When Ally calls after your demo request, we collect the call outcome, the answers you choose to provide, and a recording and transcript of the conversation. We use these to prepare a summary for our team and follow up on your request.
From calls Ally handles
When Ally answers on behalf of a client, it may collect the caller's name, phone number and the details of their enquiry, and — where the client has enabled it and it is disclosed at the start of the call — a recording and transcript of the conversation.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry, place the demo call you requested, qualify what your business needs, and arrange follow-up.
- To set up, operate, secure and improve the Ally service.
- To route captured leads to the destination a client chooses (calendar, CRM, sheet, inbox, and similar).
- To protect the service from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Calls and recording
The website demo form gives advance notice that the requested call will be recorded and transcribed, and Ally repeats that disclosure at the start of the call. You can ask Ally to stop or opt out at any time. Demo recordings, transcripts, structured answers and summaries are used by Allevic for follow-up and service improvement. For calls Ally handles on behalf of a client, recordings, transcripts and captured lead details are handled for that client and made available to its authorised team.
When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- The service providers that make Ally work — telephony, speech and AI processing, hosting, and workflow/automation tools.
- The client business a call or lead is for.
- Authorities or other parties where required or permitted by law.
Lead details submitted through this site are sent to our internal workflow system so they reach our team. The limited website content used for prefill is processed only to prepare the editable business summary, and demo-call information is processed by our voice, telephony, hosting and workflow providers.
Where it's stored
Information may be processed in Australia and in other countries where our providers operate. For client deployments, the data storage region is configured per workflow.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and lead information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Retention of call data for client deployments is set per workflow.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information and limit access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing hello@allevic.com. If your information was captured by Ally on behalf of another business, that business is the first point of contact for its records and we'll help where we can. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Cookies
allevic.com uses only the cookies and local storage needed to run the site and remember basic preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
